Professional: Chuck has been serving Nevada County (Grass Valley, Nevada City, Auburn, Penn Valley and Lake Tahoe) for 30 plus years.  Chuck has helped clients prevent and resolve disputes and legally create and conclude transactions in:

  • Real estate transactions (easements, purchases, leases, associations, etc.)
  • Business transactions and contracts (business set up, contracts, buy-sell, etc.)
  • Employment and labor disputes and prevention (wage and hour, employment agreements, harassment and discrimination, employee handbooks, etc.), representing employers.
  • Mediating disputes (real estate, business and employment)
